Most orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), but we also offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) for some countries. You will see the available options during checkout.
With DDU, import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and must be paid upon arrival. These charges are non-refundable and are not charged by us.
The 14 days start counting from the day of receipt. We offer full refunds on all watches, except for custom-made watches.
The watches must be in new condition with unworn straps and unsized bracelets.
