The Wukong Edition is our tribute to Sun Wukong and the classic “Journey to the West” legend, translated into a compact 38 mm chronograph designed for daily wear. Crafted in 316L stainless steel with a mix of brushed and polished surfaces, it delivers the feel of a modern tool watch while staying elegant on smaller and medium wrists.

The vivid red dial with black chronograph layout symbolizes the Buddha aspect of the story, with applied indices, crisp printing and sword-style hands for high legibility. A top-hat double-domed sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating and 50 m water resistance make the Wukong Edition a reliable everyday chronograph from independent Swiss micro-brand Wicked Watch Co.

Inside beats the Japanese VK64A mecha-quartz chronograph movement — combining quartz accuracy with a mechanical-feeling chronograph sweep and reset. Limited to 540 individually numbered pieces for the Buddha colorway, each watch ships with two straps so you can easily switch from a dressed-up leather look to a more casual FKM rubber strap.
