  • Where do you ship to and from?

    We are shipping worldwide to almost every country, with the exception of few (Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Ruanda etc.)


    We usually ship from Switzerland, European customer can select special shipping mode for shippings from France.


    NH-Series are usually shipped from our Chinese office.

  • How fast do you ship?

    We usually ship within 2-5 days after we carefully checked the watch. 

  • Why do you not reply to my e-mails?

    Please check your spam inbox, we usually reply within 24 hours and sometimes our e-mails go into the spam/junk folder of your e-maill account.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We are accepting PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards, Banktransfers and some crypto currencies.

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    Not yet.

  • Where is your main office?

    In Reinach, Baselland Switzerland

  • Do I have to pay VAT?

    Probably yes. Import duty is always at customers side. We cannot influence the amount you are charged at the custom clearance.

  • Are your watches tested?

    Yes, we test them for their accuracy, WR and we go even further. Our watches are verified for the lume powder used, and ISO tested for their longevity and brightness. We guarantee the use of authentic Swiss SuperLuminova. You can buy with confidence.
