THE CLUB benefits

1. Lifetime warranty

Future and past purchases of WICKED watches are covered with a lifetime warranty, instead of 3 years. Find our more about our warranty policy here. (click link)

2. Movement upgrades

When we release new models, you are able to upgrade your movement. This comes with a fee of the price difference between the movement grade we use and the upgraded.

For example: We use Sellita SW200-1 Elab Grade, you can upgrade to TOP Grade. Price difference is about CHF 100.00, so you will be charged CHF 100.00

3. Test drive

Whenever we release new models and we have samples, you can get your hands on them. You only need to pay the shipping fee to you and you can enjoy and test the prototype for up to 14 days. You then will forward to another member and send it back to us. This way you can test the watch and see if the design is something for your collection.

4. Customization

New WICKED WATCH CO. releases can be customized by you. Let's say we launch a model with a black dial only, but you are not a fan of black, you can change the dial color to red or even change the material of the dial. Only color change won't have an impact on the price, but changing material might have, depending on the selected material.

Parts that can be customized:

- Movements (you could switch Sellita Movement with a Soprod movement, ETA movement (if available))

- Dial color (no extra charges)

- Dial material (price difference may apply)

- Personal engraving on the case back (no extra charges, no return possible)

- Lume type (depends on the watch, you can contact us before project launch and see what is possible, wont have extra charges)

- Other parts are optional, depending on the watch

- Custom print on dial (depending the watch/dial, may have extra charges, no return possible)

5. Best price guarantee

You can purchase WICKED watches at production costs including shipping and transaction fees. This way you are able to buy your watch at best price possible. This benefit is our gift to you for the valuable brand support. We think trust should be rewarded. This special bonus is available once per released model. You always have a secured slot for new releases, won't have the stress jumping on pre orders.

Example: The production costs incl. shipping and transaction fee of the BETA project is CHF 300.00 and the store price is CHF 600.00, you are able to purchase the watch for CHF 300.00.

6. Return shipping

When you receive a watch you don't like, we will provide you a prepaid return label. The costs are on us. The watch must be unworn to be able to return. This service is limited to one time per month.
